Kate Mitchell is from Greensboro, NC and has a Bachelor of Arts from Guilford College, majoring in Printmaking and minoring in Creative Writing. Mitchell specializes in highly detailed color linocuts, depicting subjects such as animals, portraits, and inanimate objects. Mitchell is currently making color linocut prints at her home studio.
